International Project Cycle Management for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

This weekend seminar, "International Project Cycle Management for the SDGs," offers hands‑on training in international project management. Led by an experienced external facilitator, the course covers problem and objective analysis, development of a Logical Framework, and application of the Social Business Model Canvas. Interactive exercises and case studies allow participants to apply theory directly to their own project ideas. The seminar focuses on practical exercises designed to sharpen participants' project skills.

The seminar is offered in cooperation with STUBE Ost and Sachsen.
